The story of how we got started

1983

Scott learns to be a GC and helps grow Pogue Construction.

1993

Scott starts his own construction company.

2016

Garrett leaves the Navy and Bellator Construction is formed.

2021

Unclebach Developments LLC engages Bellator for the construction of Broken Bow Retreat, 5M in Development and 50M in homes.

2022

Bellator completes Phase 1 of Broken Bow Retreat and expands to 21 employees.

Scott Unclebach

Chief Construction Officer

Scott has over 35 years of experience as the owner of a construction company, and has built over 100 buildings in Texas. He is most proud of completing the construction for phase 1 & 2 of Elevate Life Cathedral in Frisco, TX which exceeded $37M.

Garrett Unclebach

Chief Executive Officer

Garrett has a decade of experience in leadership, starting with 6 years in the Navy at SEAL Team 3, where he developed the ability to always perform under pressure, lead positively in the most difficult circumstances and stay focused on the requirements of the mission. Garrett speaks and coaches leaders in their businesses all over the world but is most proud of getting to speak and lead over 200 men in a discipleship group every Saturday morning.

Josh Lashua

Project Manager

Josh has 13 years of experience in operations and project management with the last 6 years in construction project management. Josh is extremely skilled in client relations, as well as material acquisitions and deliveries. He also brings background and experience in teams and leadership development. He is most proud of his marriage and their opportunities to lead others in great relationships.

Allen Morris

Project Manager

Allen is a skilled workforce leader, with a decade of experience in construction ranging from Landscape, to pools, and residential builds. He has served as a superintendent and construction manager with a proven track record of improving process effectiveness and production speed.

Noah Segerstrom

Executive Assistant

Noah is one of our newest team members. He offers exceptional workmanship and attitude within any environment. He excels at assisting the core operations of Bellator Construction, expanding himself into new territory when the opportunity arises. Noah is heavily involved and interested in the entrepreneurial aspects of Bellator Construction.
